1. Availability
A form Data Processing Agreement is available for commercial customers that use the hosted console or request other Zitrino-operated services. The executed agreement controls if there is any conflict with this summary page.
2. Scope
The DPA is meant to cover the hosted service boundary: account administration, organizational metadata, operational metadata, support handling, and any other customer data explicitly covered by the commercial service.
3. Deployment-dependent responsibilities
Customers who self-host the runtime remain responsible for the data processed in their own environment. Enterprise customers who also self-host the console shift more of the processing boundary into their own infrastructure as well.
4. Security and subprocessors
Security measures, subprocessors, regional hosting details, breach notification terms, deletion commitments, and transfer mechanisms are covered in the executed agreement and supporting commercial documentation provided during procurement review.
5. Contract process
Use the sales or privacy channels to request the current DPA form as part of procurement or legal review.
