/v1/orgs/{org_id}/usageGet Organization Usage
Return the org's tier limits and current consumption. Used by the Organization page to render the Plan & Limits card with live usage bars (projects used / limit, evaluations this month / limit, etc.) rather than hard-coded plan numbers.
